This Privacy Policy describes how RinseRight (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information from people who use our website, request a quote, or hire us to perform exterior cleaning services.
Information we collect
When you submit a booking request or work with us, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, email address, and service address.
- The services you have requested and any notes you provide.
- Photos of your property that you upload or that our crew takes during the job.
- Payment information when you pay an invoice. Card data is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Standard web logs (IP address, browser, referrer) when you load our site, retained for security and basic analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your booking request and schedule the work.
- To send you SMS and email notifications about your booking confirmation, appointment reminders, quotes, and invoice payment links.
- To provide the cleaning service you requested.
- To process your payment and keep records required for taxes and accounting.
- To follow up after a completed job and request a review.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers we use to operate the business:
- Twilio — to deliver SMS messages.
- Resend — to deliver email notifications.
- Stripe — to process card payments.
- Cloudflare R2 — to store photos of jobs.
Each of these providers handles your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud or abuse of our systems.
SMS messaging specifics
Phone numbers collected through our booking form or directly from you are used only to send transactional messages from RinseRight (and from our messaging vendor Twilio on our behalf). SMS consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Retention
We keep customer records (clients, jobs, invoices) for as long as you are a customer and for as long as required by tax law afterwards (typically 7 years). You can request earlier deletion of your contact information by emailing us — see Your choices below.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any of our SMS messages to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for support information.
- Email us at cameron@rinserightservices.com to ask what data we hold about you, request deletion, or correct inaccuracies.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt) and never logged. Two-factor authentication is required for all employee accounts. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-compliant). Our employees only access data they need to do their job.
Changes
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, when appropriate, notify you by email or SMS.
