Program description
We send SMS notifications to customers and prospective customers who have requested a quote or booked a service with us. Messages include: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, quote links, invoice payment links, and post-job review requests.
How to opt in
You opt in by submitting our booking-request form and agreeing to the disclosure shown above the submit button, or by verbally giving us your phone number during a phone consultation after we read the same disclosure to you. We do not import phone numbers from third-party lists.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the services you request. A typical customer receives 3–6 messages per booked job (confirmation, reminder, any quote or invoice links, and a post-job review request) plus occasional messages tied to follow-up jobs you book with us.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. RinseRight does not charge you for SMS — any costs come from your carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any of our messages at any time to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. To re-subscribe later, reply START or contact us through the channels below.

Carrier compatibility
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
